3
Always three next steps
Every report now ends with exactly three Recommended Next Steps — concrete moves drawn from what was actually said. Enforced in the system itself, so it can never come back with one or two.

02
Aa
Plain language everywhere
Internal coaching jargon (“level two posture,” “level one phrase”) is gone from every part of the report. Readers get the same assessment in words that make sense on first read.
Live Any report
03
New sign-off
Every report now closes with “Your Influence Coach, Christian Hansen” — including reports created before this update.

04
💬
Honest empty state
When a category truly has nothing done well, the report now says “Sadly, we couldn’t find enough positives that merit attention.” instead of looking blank. The no-made-up-praise rule stays.
Live Any report → Done Well
05
📊
“Validation” label fix
The category label that was getting cut off on the chart now reads “Validation” with room to breathe — it can’t clip anymore.

06
Cleaner loading screen
The leftover testing note (“this can take a few minutes on the free model”) is removed. First-time users just see the fun rotating phrases.

📅
By Date view
A third way to browse your conversations: by call date, newest first — alongside By Call Type and By Relationship.
Live Dashboard → By Date
08
Gallery / List toggle
Switch the dashboard between the card gallery and a compact list (think Finder on your Mac). Works in every view, and remembers your choice.

📝
Smart previews
Cards no longer preview raw pasted transcript. Each shows a one-sentence summary of the call — the type and who it was between.

Admin user search
Find any user by name or email as you type. Ready for the pilot, when 30–50 people are in the system.

Your favicon
The CH mark from your logo now appears in the browser tab, bookmarks, and on phone home screens.

New landing page
The homepage rebuilt with your new copy and layout — the connection-as-premium-currency story, the 7 Dimensions, a sample scorecard, and the free-first-scorecard offer — in your blue and orange brand.

The payment system.

The whole Kajabi-to-app machine, built and waiting on the final connection pieces. Kajabi handles the money, the app handles the access, a secure webhook is the wire between them.

Kajabi connection
When someone pays in Kajabi, the app hears about it in seconds and unlocks their plan. If they don’t have an account yet, the app creates one for them on their purchase email and sends a set-your-password link — wrong-email mixups become impossible.

Pricing + upgrade screens
A Choose your plan page, an Upgrade link in the menu, and a friendly upgrade screen when someone hits their monthly limit — instead of a dead end.

A fresh coat of paint — and a permission gate.

Two more in motion: the new brand colors you asked for are on a private preview for your sign-off, and the scorecard now asks for permission before it reads a transcript.

🎨
New brand colors
The site is being recolored to your new palette — navy, gold, and sand (from your phrasebook page), replacing the earlier blue and orange. On a private preview now for your sign-off; goes live once you approve.

Permission to score
Before scoring, the user confirms “I have permission to use this transcript.” The Score button stays locked until they do, and each report records that they agreed — a clean consent trail for a tool built on other people’s conversations.

🔑
First-login setup
New buyers get a username (their email) and a temporary password, then set their own on first sign-in. A new “next steps” page walks them through it right after checkout.

What happens next

  1. 1
    Connect your three Kajabi offers
Your three checkout links are in and wired into the site. Remaining: confirm the offer IDs and run one live test purchase, end to end.
  2. 2
    Branded account emails
Sender chosen (info@thechristianhansen.com); connecting it so set-password and account emails send reliably. This is the gate for opening to real users.
  3. 3
    Pre-pilot lockdown
Turn two-factor login back on, set the 90-day transcript auto-delete, and a final walkthrough before real users come in.
