01 · What you have

A production tool you can sell

The Influence Scorecard is live at theinfluencescorecard.com. A user pastes or uploads a conversation, and the app scores it against your 7 EQ dimensions, then writes a coaching report: an overall score, a spider chart, the best moment, top strengths, missed moments, one coaching focus, a suggested phrase, and three recommended next steps.

It runs on a real database with secure logins, real AI scoring on your own framework, and the dashboard and scorecard you designed. Everything below is how to run it day to day.

02 · The everyday flow

How a person uses it

  1. Sign in
They sign in at theinfluencescorecard.com with the email they used to buy, and the password they set the first time.
  2. Score a call
Paste the transcript or upload it (Zoom, Otter, Fireflies, Granola, Word, or PDF). They add the desired outcome and the relationship type, and confirm they have permission to use the transcript.
  3. Read the report
In under two minutes they get the full scorecard: score out of 100, the chart, strengths, missed moments, one coaching focus, a suggested phrase, and three next steps.
  4. Find it later
Every report files into the dashboard by conversation type and by the person it was with, so they can look back over time.
03 · Your admin view

Running it from the inside

Go to theinfluencescorecard.com/admin. Only your approved admins can open it. From there you can:

Keep this tight

Admins can see everyone’s reports. Only make people admins you fully trust, and remove admin access the moment someone no longer needs it.

04 · How people buy and get in

The money side, start to finish

Everything runs through your Kajabi. Someone buys a plan on your Kajabi checkout, Kajabi tells the app in seconds, and the app makes their account and emails their login. They set their own password the first time they sign in.

The three plans

Upgrades

When someone moves up to a bigger plan, the app moves them up and keeps their password, and your Kajabi rule cancels the old plan so they are never charged twice. The right email goes out either way — a welcome for new buyers, an “upgraded” note for everyone else.

05 · Where everything lives

Your accounts, in plain words

You own all of it. Each one bills you directly:

Nothing is locked to anyone else. If you ever bring in another developer, everything they need is in your own accounts.

06 · Privacy and housekeeping

Keeping it clean and safe

07 · If something breaks

Support and what comes next

You are in a 2-week bug-fix window through July 3, 2026. If anything is not working the way it should during that time, email Natalee and it gets fixed — that is covered.

New features (the Coach and Admin dashboards, search, analytics, tags, book ingestion, and the other Version Map V2 and V3 ideas) are a separate piece of work, scoped on their own whenever you want to grow the tool.

The one habit that matters

Before opening to a big group, start with a small pilot. Let a few real people run their conversations through it, watch it run clean for a week, then scale up with confidence.
