Support chatbot with email escalation
A small chat helper inside the app that answers common questions on its own — plans, pricing, trial rules, how-to, billing basics. When it cannot answer, it asks for the person's name and email and sends the question to christian@thechristianhansen.com so Christian can reply personally. Keeps support light without leaving users stuck. Out of scope for V1; strong candidate for the next version.
Security · before public launch
Turn email confirmation back on
Email confirmation is turned off for the V1 build so users can sign up instantly. Before the product opens to the public, switch it back on so new users verify they own their email.

Privacy policy and terms of use for transcripts
Uploaded transcripts can contain private conversation details. Before public or at-scale use, add a privacy policy and terms of use covering how transcripts are stored and used.
Roadmap · next build
Transcript storage + in-report search
Transcripts are not stored yet — only the scorecards are. Planned next: keep each transcript for 30 days (confirmed with Christian) for the coaching window, let the coach search it inside a report to jump straight to a moment, then auto-delete it. Still needs the privacy policy + terms written. The current build adds the dashboard folders and the upload fields.
Roadmap · transcript intake
Upload by link — scoped, with simpler alternatives
Pasting an arbitrary link only works when the transcript is public, fetchable text (for example a Google Doc shared with "anyone with the link"). Recorder links — Fathom, Otter, Zoom, Gong — sit behind a login and would need a separate integration for each tool. Done: the app now accepts pasted text plus file upload of .txt, .vtt, .srt, .docx, and .pdf — download the transcript from your tool and drop it in. Fetching from a public link (shared Google Doc / public page) is a later build.

Forward-to-email intake
Give the app a dedicated inbox (for example score@theinfluencescorecard.com). The user forwards the transcript or recap email their recorder already sends after a call, and the app turns it into a report. Zero copy-paste, works with any tool that emails a transcript.

Webhook + Zapier / Make
The app exposes one inbound webhook. The user (or Christian) sets up a Zap such as "Fathom call ends, send the transcript to the app." Zapier already connects to Fathom, Otter, Zoom and the rest, so they do the platform work and the app just receives it. Best for automation and power users.

Clickable quote citations
In a future version, have the AI tag each direct quote in the report with a small superscript number, like a footnote, that links back to that exact spot in the stored transcript. The coach could click a quote in the scorecard and jump straight to that moment in the conversation. Depends on transcript storage being in place first.
Post-v1 · scorecard
Recommended Next Steps (concrete follow-up actions)
A new scorecard section that recommends specific actions to take AFTER the call to move the relationship forward — not how to communicate better (that is the One Coaching Focus), but what to actually do once you hang up. The AI generates each action with a one-line reason, pulled from what happened in the conversation. Action types from the SOW: a handwritten thank-you note; a thank-you email; sending specific documents or PDFs the person asked about; adding a birthday or special event they mentioned to your calendar; asking for a referral; or following up on a referral. It should also surface the "hidden opportunities" the advisor may have walked past. Examples: client mentioned a daughter's graduation in May → add it to your calendar and send a note that week; they asked about pricing → email the one-pager; rapport was high at the close → good moment to ask who else they would introduce you to. Build: one new report section + a recommendedNextSteps data field (a short list of action + why) + a prompt instruction to generate them from the transcript. Roughly a 45-minute build. Decided NOT part of version one.
